The Government of Maharashtra has issued circular dated 3rd January 2009 under section 79A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 with object to bring clarity and transparency in the redevelopment process of society building and for the smooth functioning of the society.
i) Providing comparative information in respect of tenders selected for presentation (for redevelopment work).
ii) Presentation by bidders one by one.
iii) To select Developer for redevelopment of the building, to finalise terms and conditions and finalise the tender.
iv) To obtain consent from the selected Developer.
